The workout will still be at Mundelein H.S. at 6pm. We will meet by the double gated doors between the stands and the sprinter start area.

Relay Race

Purpose: To promote fun in running drills
Cost: Free
Time: 6pm
Date: June 2nd
Location: Mundelein H.S. in Lake County IL
Participation: I would like to invite all ages and group them something like this:
Group B <= 12
Group B 13-18
Group C over 18
Meet Structure: 4x1-1600m
4x1-800m
4x1-400m
4x1-200m
Duration: 1 hour, I would like to try and make it a meet/workout so it would be fast paced. You can enter all the relays and have has many teams in each event.

This is a new program that I invented and would like any input on how we could make this event happen. I would like more than 1 meet but June 2nd is the first one.
